Sarah Pattison Ayala

Sarah Pattison Ayala, MPA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Discovery Health Sciences Schools since January 2022. Previously, Sarah held the role of Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant at Pan-American Life Insurance Group for over a decade, where responsibilities included supporting HRIS functions and recruitment processes. Earlier in Sarah's career, roles included Volunteer Coordinator and Youth Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps from December 2005 to December 2008. Sarah earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish from Elon University.
