Emily Hwang

Emily Hwang has worked at various companies since 2016. Emily began their career as an Editor-In-Chief at The Paly Voice, then moved on to a Geostationary Lightning Mapper Intern at Lockheed Martin in 2016. In 2018, they were a Site Leader at Alternative Spring Break. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern - Edison Engineering Development Program at GE Healthcare. In 2020, they had multiple roles, including Mobile Engineering Intern at Rebion, Leadership Development Intern at RippleMatch, Product Manager/Developer at RiceApps, and Intern at Plum Media. In 2021, they were a Software Engineer, iOS at Peloton Interactive, and in 2022, they became an iOS Engineer at Discz Music.

Emily Hwang attended Palo Alto High School from 2013 to 2017, graduating with a High School Diploma. Emily then attended Rice University from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Asian Studies. In 2019, they also attended the National University of Singapore for a Computer Science program.
