Sierra Mitchell

Sierra Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Sierra has held the role of Creative Operations Director at Disguise since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Design Manager at Boot Barn from 2015 to 2021, where they were responsible for managing specifications, fittings, and grade rules for various clothing items. Sierra also worked as a Technical Designer at Fox Head, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, focusing on women's lifestyle apparel. Before that, they were the Sole Proprietor of SM Costumes from 2008 to 2014, where they handled all aspects of the business. In addition, Sierra worked as a Technical Designer at Disguise from 2004 to 2008 and as a Technical Designer/Assistant Designer at Tarrant Apparel Group in 2004. Sierra started their career in the industry as an Assistant Production Manager at Canari Cycle Wear in 2003 and worked as a Sample Sewer, Pattern Maker, and Assistant at Teri King Clothing in 2002.
