Chef Baskar has a notable background in pre-opening roles, having served as Executive Chef at Lemon Tree Hotels in Dubai and in multiple positions at Lemon Tree Hotels and Design Hotel in Chennai, India. With experience as Head Chef at MGM HOTELS LIMITED in Scotland and Executive Chef at Khasa Blanche Hospitality, Chef Baskar has extensive expertise in various culinary environments. An alumnus of Canan Hotel Management, Chef Baskar completed a degree in Catering & Hotel Management between 2003 and 2006.
