Nandula Chandrasiri is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in management roles across various companies in the food industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Dishoom since April 2022, Nandula has previously held similar positions at Little Moons and The English Cheesecake Company. Nandula's career began at Ugo Foods Group, where a progression through roles such as Packing Supervisor and Assistant Factory Manager laid a solid foundation.
