Rohit Garg

Rohit Garg has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Rohit began their career as an Articled Assistant at Anil Vaish & Co. in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Business Associate Intern at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Next, they joined People Matters as an Assistant Sales Manager from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Rohit held positions at SHRM, starting as Deputy Regional Manager and later becoming the Regional Manager of Sales and Partnerships & Alliances. Currently, they are working at disprz as a Regional Sales Manager and was promoted to Associate Director of Sales in April 2022.

Rohit Garg completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Business/Commerce, General from PGDAV College from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Rohit obtained the certification of Accounting Technician from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in May 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Rohit acquired the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in June 2020. Rohit also completed several online courses, such as Body Language for Leaders, Learning Mailchimp, Learning Personal Branding, Sales: Referral Selling, Selling to Executives, and Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator, all from LinkedIn, during April and February 2020.
