Erica Fourie has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Erica started their career at Nestle in 2001 as a Senior Consumer Planning Manager, where they worked until 2004. After that, they joined L'Oreal as a Market Research Manager from 2004 to 2005. Erica then moved on to Kantar TNS as a Business Manager from 2005 to 2007. Erica later joined Distell in 2007 as a Market Research Manager, a role they held until 2009. Erica then became the Group Head Consumer Insight at Distell from 2009 to 2019. Erica'smost recent role was as an Insight Lead at Distell International, UK, starting in February 2019.
Erica Fourie attended the University of Natal, Durban from 1993 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Master's in Economics and obtained a degree in M.Commerce.
