Polina Solodova

Polina Solodova has been working in the recruitment field since 2013. Polina began their career at Abbott as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and was later promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2018, they moved to EY as a Recruitment Supervisor in the Consulting department. In 2020, they joined OZON.ru as a Technical Recruitment Lead and is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Distribusion Technologies since 2022.

Polina Solodova received their Master's degree in State & Municipal Management from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation in 2016. Prior to that, they studied Project Management at the same university. In 2013, they obtained a Business English Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
