Priscilla Alagbe

Priscilla Alagbe has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they worked as a Customer/User Experience Associate at Enterprise Group Ghana, where they provided personalized customer service to over 140 clients daily and resolved complaints. Priscilla also played a key role in onboarding 209 users onto digital products. From 2022 to the present, they have been working at Distributed as a People Data & Operations Specialist. In this role, they have collaborated with various departments to improve processes and optimize recruitment strategies. Priscilla has supported the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and vetting candidates, researched rate cards, and implemented Lean strategies to reduce waste and save money. Priscilla has also proposed initiatives to optimize the recruitment process, resulting in an increase in daily technical tests and the assessment of over 70 candidates daily.

Priscilla Alagbe completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Political Science from the University of Ghana, where they attended from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) from Akosombo International School, where they studied General Arts from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Priscilla has also obtained various certifications. Priscilla completed the "Foundations: Data, Data Everywhere" course from Coursera in April 2023 and the "Foundations of Project Management" course from Google in March 2023. In 2020, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Building Business Relationships," "Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact," "Communication Foundations," "Develop Your Communication Skills and Interpersonal Influence," "Developing Cross-Cultural Intelligence," "Igniting Emotional Engagement," "Learning Personal Branding," "Learning to Be Approachable," "Preparing for Successful Communication," and "Voice-Over for Video and Animation." Additionally, they completed the "Learn Innovate Impact Model United Nations (LIIMUN)" program twice, in June 2018 and June 2019, offered by Footprints Development International. Furthermore, they engaged as an Outreach Volunteer with Global Changemakers in June 2020.
