Uwiringiye Placide

Uwiringiye Placide has had work experience in the Rulindo District as the Head Internal Auditor since October 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles in the District, including Head Internal Auditor, Human Resource Manager, Accountant, and Revenue Officer, starting in March 2003.

Uwiringiye Placide completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Financial Management and Accounting from UC. This educational journey started in 2004 and concluded in 2009.
