George Markos

George Markos has a diverse background in customer success and management roles. George is currently the Head of Customer Success at Ditto, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software and Director of Customer Success at Fidelity Investments. In 2022, they held the position of Head of Customer Success at Dashworks. Before that, they were the Manager of Customer Success at Maze and held the role of Enterprise Customer Success Team Lead at InVision from 2016 to 2019. George has also worked as a Customer Success Manager at SumAll and served as a Finance Associate at Bullhorn. Starting their career, they worked as a Market Research Intern at HGH Infrared Systems. Overall, George has demonstrated experience and expertise in customer success and management, working with a variety of companies in the technology and finance sectors.
