IT Architect

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Architect. As an IT Architect within the DIVD.academy, you are helping us with the availability, continuity, and security of our IT infrastructure. Together with the various specialists from team IT-Services, you will help design, implement, and document solutions for the operational units, projects, and central staff departments of DIVD.academy.

IT Architect Responsibilities:

• Protect our IT infrastructures such as data, software, and hardware.
• Translate requirements into Proof of concepts, designs, and working solutions following architectural standards.
• Contribute to projects as an IT Architect, such as developing contextual and logical designs and making architectural decisions.
• Continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure to offer high-quality solutions and safeguard them.
• Spreading general safety awareness among your colleagues.
• Actively participate in team meetings.
• Help and guide new employees and interns.
• You keep track of the status of all activities via ticket systems and planning and support tools.
• You will do this by phone, chat, email, remote support, and video conferencing.

IT Architect Requirements:

• We believe that motivation is more important than knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of secure IT architecture and designs in the data, application, and infrastructure layer.
• A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Affinity with processes such as ITIL/AGILE is preferred.
• Keeping a tight administration is a MUST!

Nice to have:

• A bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related field of study with a network engineering focus is a plus.
• At least three years of experience.
• Certified in TOGAF, BIM, ISFS, PSM, UML.
• Knowledge of reference architectures such as NORA, EAR, MARIJ, SCIA, ERIA, or DIVA.
