Hélia Carvalho Nunes has extensive experience in sales operations and human resources, currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Diversey since September 2011. In this role, Hélia manages the implementation and maintenance of platforms that support employee development and enhance Diversey's market position. Hélia also identifies training needs for sales teams and develops evaluation metrics. Additionally, as Portugal Employee Resource Group Lead for Diversey Gender & Diversity Inclusion since November 2016, Hélia promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Hélia worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Diversey, overseeing training programs and vendor evaluations. Hélia holds a degree from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and has a background in human resources from Diversey Inc. from 2004 to 2011.
