Amber Marcoux

Amber Marcoux is the Director of Inclusion Innovations at Diversity Lab, where Amber works with law firms and legal departments globally to create more fair, equitable, and inclusive communities and workplaces. Prior to their current role, Amber held various positions at companies such as McGuireWoods LLP and Vinson & Elkins, focusing on pathways, recruitment, diversity, and inclusion. Amber graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2015.
