Shawn Hammond has a diverse professional background that includes experience in continuous improvement, management analysis, process improvement consultation, health care recruitment, project assistance, and strategic sourcing. Shawn has worked in various companies such as Diversus Health, Children's Hospital Colorado, UCHealth, Memorial Hospital, BYU Employment Services, The Sports Authority, and Hewlett-Packard in different roles before stepping into the current position. Throughout their career, Shawn has utilized Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to lead organizational and cross-departmental projects effectively.
