Mk McAllister

MK McAllister has a strong background in program management and operations. They are currently working as the Director of Program & Product Operations at Divisions Maintenance Group since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Director, Engineering Operations at RapidAPI from June 2022 to May 2023, where they led a globally located team and managed the end-to-end program management activities for large-scale technical programs.

Before RapidAPI, MK McAllister worked at Twilio from 2014 to 2022, holding various roles such as Senior Manager, R&D Risk Management & Governance, Chief of Staff, CTO/CPO/VP of Architecture, Senior Manager, Platform Operations, Manager, Platform Operations, Sr. Technical Program Manager, Platform Operations, and Infrastructure Financial Operations Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing and advising teams on infrastructure needs, managing infrastructure programs, and driving financial and operational efficiency.

Prior to Twilio, MK McAllister worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate - Sr Operations Research Analyst from 2009 to 2014, where they provided extensive cost, risk, and performance analysis for defense and security agencies. They also worked at MCR, LLC as an Associate from 2004 to 2009, conducting comprehensive modeling and analysis of Department of Defense programs.

MK McAllister obtained a PMP Certification in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Analytics from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. They also completed a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2005 and 2008. MK McAllister's undergraduate education includes a Bachelors degree in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland, which was achieved from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their educational degrees, MK McAllister holds various certifications. They are a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance®, obtained in July 2021.
