Carolina Palacios

Carolina Palacios is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and communications. As the General Manager of Edelman Perú since August 2024, Carolina leads the organization while also holding multiple director roles at LAIVE S.A. and Diviso Grupo Financiero. Carolina serves as a director for WomenCEO and Dress For Success Lima, and as Vice President of the Board for Operation Smile in Peru. Previously, Carolina was the South America President at Burson and has held significant positions at IPAE and Delipet. With a strong educational background including a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Master's in Online Reputation & Community Management from Universitat de Barcelona, Carolina combines strategic insight with digital expertise to drive organizational success.
