Pete Nichols

Pete Nichols is currently the VP of Engineering at Divvy Homes. Prior to Divvy Homes, Pete served as Head of The Pinterest Platform from March 2017 to January 2022. The Pinterest Platform is a suite of productized, scaled capabilities to empower partners to build experiences upon Pinterest. Pinterest is building an inspiration network, and the Platform will extend the possibilities for Pinners to go from inspiration to action through high quality content both on Pinterest and off.

Prior to their time at Pinterest, Pete spent 16 years at Electronic Arts (EA) where they served as a Game GM & Executive Producer. During their time at EA, Pete was responsible for products such as "The Sims Online: New and Improved!" (PC MMO) and "The Sims Online" (PC MMO).

Pete began their career in software engineering at Intuit where they worked on Quicken 2002 (PC), Quicken 2001 (PC), and Quicken 2000 (PC).

Pete Nichols has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.
