Timm Boenke

Timm Boenke has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of economics and finance. Timm is currently the Head of Forecasting and Economic Policy at DIW Berlin - German Institute for Economic Research since October 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Freie Universität Berlin, including Assistant Professor from June 2012 to October 2022, Research and Teaching Fellow at the Institute of Public Finance and Social Policy from November 2005 to June 2012, and Research Assistant from June 2004 to October 2005.

Timm Boenke pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Public Economics from 2000 to 2005 at the Freie Universität Berlin.
