Kim Allen

Kim Allen has over 20 years of work experience in public relations and communications. Kim started their career in 1997 as a Senior Account Executive at Eric Mower and Associates. In 2001, they joined Dixon Schwabl + Company and held various positions, including PR Manager, PR Supervisor, Associate PR Director, VP of Public Relations, and Managing Partner for Communications. In October 2020, they were promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer at Dixon Schwabl + Company.

Kim Allen attended Ithaca College from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Hubspot Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy. Recently, in May 2021, Kim Allen obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
