Mark Allsop is the current COO at Dixons Carphone. Prior to their current role, Mark served as Chief Digital Marketing & Information Officer at Merlin Entertainments from September 2013 to October 2019. In this role, Mark was responsible for bringing together the best of marketing with the best of technology and innovation to create memorable experiences for the company's 60 million+ guests.

Before joining Merlin Entertainments, Mark served as CIO - EMEA at Sony Pictures Entertainment from January 2007 to March 2013. In this role, Mark was responsible for all IT services for the EMEA region, covering 60+ offices in 19 territories with more than 3,000 employees. Mark was also responsible for setting the strategic direction, vision and values of the organisation whilst ensuring that IT enable and deliver the commercial and strategic goals.

Mark has a proven track record in leveraging online and technology to improve and personalise the digital guest journey whilst redefining the guest experience through concierge-style apps and wearables. Under Mark's leadership, Dixons Carphone is well-positioned to continue its success in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Their manager is Alex Baldock, Group CEO. and Vin Palat - Director of Omnichannel Transformation reports to Mark Allsop. They work with Erik Sønsterud - CEO, International, Bruce Marsh - Chief Financial Officer, and Nigel Paterson - General Counsel and Company Secretary.
