Chris Meinhardt

Chris Meinhardt is an experienced professional in the fields of underwriting and construction management. Currently serving as Underwriting Manager at Diya Finance since November 2023, Chris previously held the position of Senior Underwriter at Enact Partners, where responsibilities included leading a commercial real estate private debt fund. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Loan Officer for commercial real estate at Torrey Pines Bank, First Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps, and the founder of Octane Construction. Chris holds an MBA in Finance and New Venture Management from the University of San Diego and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
