Lisa Milligan is an experienced property management professional with a comprehensive background in residential lettings. Currently serving as a Manager at DJ Alexander since November 2015, Lisa has previously held positions including Senior Property Manager at EDINBURGH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED and Property Manager at Dunpark. Lisa’s expertise encompasses managing portfolios, handling HMO licensed properties, conducting in-house referencing, lease negotiations, and advising clients on property improvements and changing legislation. Additionally, Lisa began their career as a Letting Executive at Live and Let Ltd. Lisa holds a BSc in Property Management & Valuation from Glasgow Caledonian University, obtained in 2009.
