Kiran Bajaj has extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and application development, currently serving as a Global HR Business Analyst at DLL since March 2022. Previously, Kiran held multiple HCM Consultant positions at Accenture from September 2016 to March 2022, including roles at Accenture International B.V. and leading to significant expertise in Workday solutions. Prior to these positions, Kiran worked as an EBS HCM Developer at Rimini Street and a Senior Application Engineer at Oracle, after beginning a career as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from November 2009 to November 2012.
