What's the opportunity?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our newly formed Network Strategy Team. This strategic role is crucial for overseeing all payments and financial flows within the company, ensuring the network of the company's flows runs in the most optimal way.

What will I be doing?

  • Identify misalignments between various information sources and real-life data; map and address root causes
  • Propose and implement effective solutions to rectify data misalignments and non-compliant flowsLeverage organizational resources to drive impactful changes
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (General Counsel, CEO, Product team, Business Transformation team) to align on strategic initiatives and sources of truth
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of network strategy specialists
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive master files of flow routings and data fields
  • Monitor and report on financial flows, identifying deviations from compliance and regulatory guidelines
  • Lead efforts to create automated solutions for controlling flows and data fields, preventing non-compliant transactionsSupport and collaborate with Compliance Account Managers to address and resolve compliance issues

What skills do I need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in consulting firm
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
