Janet Snedden FIDM has extensive experience in various roles within the marketing and data analytics industry. Janet is the founder of Customer Kind. Janet was also a member of the Customer Engagement Council at DMA UK. At Amaze One, they held the positions of Deputy MD and Strategy Director, where they were responsible for driving business strategy, developing market offerings, and implementing data-driven solutions for clients. Janet served as the Chairman of the Insight Special Interest Group at the Institute of Fundraising, where they promoted best practices in data analysis and fundraising performance improvement within the charity sector. As CEO of MetaMetrics, they established an analytics agency that worked with major blue-chip clients and was known for its expertise in data science. At Wunderman, they served as the Director of Data, UK, where they consolidated and integrated the agency's data services. Janet was the Managing Director of the Data Division at Cello Signal, where they implemented strategies for revenue and profit growth. At havas helia, they were the Global Programme Director and Consultancy Director, leading various marketing data initiatives for clients worldwide. Currently, they serve as a Trustee at HEALS of Malmesbury, where they provide support and resources to individuals and families in need.
