Natalie Bradshaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Natalie is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Horrocks, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Cognitive-Communication Specialist and Owner at Full Cadence Consulting / Bradshaw Voice and Speech LLC from January 2018 to December 2022. Natalie also worked as a Brain Injury Rehab SLP at Colorado Brain Recovery / Concussion Clinic from October 2018 to October 2019.

Before that, Natalie served as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Clinical Fellow at the Veterans Administration Hospital from September 2017 to September 2018. Natalie'sresponsibilities included various roles in inpatient and outpatient settings, including intensive care units, acute care rehabilitation, hospice, and palliative care settings.

Natalie also gained experience as a Graduate Level Clinician in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Pittsburgh, where they provided assessment and treatment for dysphagia, voice, motor speech, and cognitive communication. Natalie was involved in both inpatient and outpatient therapy, working with patients with various diagnoses such as vascular/neurological diseases, neoplastic diseases, infectious diseases, trauma-induced diseases/disorders, and respiratory diseases/disorders.

Additionally, Natalie has an extensive background as a Broadway Performer, participating in productions such as Mamma Mia Broadway, Sister Act Broadway, Hair Broadway, and Jersey Boys from an unspecified date until August 2015.

Natalie Bradshaw has a diverse education history. Natalie participated in the Chief Human Resource Officer Program at The Wharton School, focusing on Executive Education. From 2015 to 2017, Natalie pursued a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist at The University of Pittsburgh. Prior to this, they completed a Post Baccalaureate program in the same field at SUNY New Paltz. Natalie's undergraduate education was at the University of Cincinnati - College Conservatory of Music, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre. In addition to their formal education, Natalie has also obtained certifications such as Principles and Practice of Clinical Research from the National Institutes of Health and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
