Bernardo Pohls

Bernardo Pohls serves as the Chief People Officer at dmX, a leading non-bank financial services company in northern Mexico, since February 2022, and has been a mentor at Collective Academy since June 2020. Previously, Bernardo held the role of HR Director for Consumer Banking at Citibanamex from January 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies for approximately 30,000 employees and acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO. Bernardo's extensive HR experience also includes a significant tenure at CEMEX, where roles spanned from Corporate HR Business Partner and Talent Management to Corporate HR Planning and Leadership Development Programs Manager, focusing on talent management and executive compensation. Additional academic contributions include serving as an adjunct professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Bernardo holds a Global Executive MBA and multiple degrees in finance and business administration.
