Matt Newman

Matt Newman currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pharma and Diagnostics at DNAnexus since May 2022. Prior to this, Matt held various leadership roles including Vice President of Business Development and Professional Services at QIAGEN and Vice President of Business Development at OmicSoft Corporation. At OmicSoft, responsibilities also included serving as Vice President of Customer Support and Relations. Earlier experience includes roles at GSK as an Associate Scientist and at Air Products as a Lab Technician. Matt Newman holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
