Rahul Dahiya

Rahul Dahiya is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture at dnata, where leadership of a high-performing team is focused on enhancing the HR experience to support customer outcomes. Previous roles include People & Culture Business Partner at Superloop, where strategic business partnering and talent development were key responsibilities, and acting Head of People & Culture at EGR, providing HR support across multiple regions. With extensive experience in HR management across diverse sectors, including automotive and manufacturing, Rahul has successfully transformed HR functions in multiple regions, including the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa, during tenure at Kohler Co. and Emitac.
