Steve Pedersen

Steve Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Steve began their career in the military, serving as a Platoon Commander and then as a NCO in various battalions. Steve transitioned to the civilian sector in 2002, working as an HR consultant for Ringnes AS and later as a Headhunter for Personal Utvelgelse AS. In 2006, they became the Compensation & Benefits Manager for Ringnes AS before moving on to REC Solar AS as the International HR Manager. Steve then held roles as the Director of Global Compensation & Benefits and HR Director at REC ASA. In 2014, they joined Storebrand as an HR Business Partner. Steve later joined DNO ASA in 2015, initially as the Head of HR Operations before becoming the Head of HR. Steve Pedersen has a strong background in HR and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout their career.

Steve Pedersen began their education in 1994 at the Befalsskolen for Kavaleriet, where they pursued a degree in Sergeant. Steve completed their studies in 1995. In 1996, they went on to attend the Norwegian Military Academy, focusing on Management as their field of study and earning the degree of Army Officer in 1998. Following this, they enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School in 2000, engaging in part-time studies in Marketing & Economics until 2002.
