Marcel Lindt

Marcel Lindt is an experienced SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Agile Coach currently with Do It Agile GmbH since February 2023. Previously, Marcel served as an Agile Trainer and Coach at Bayer Business Services from October 2010 to April 2021, where responsibilities included coaching agile teams, conducting leadership training, and developing video courses on agile methodologies. Additional roles at Bayer included Scrum Master and IT Project Portfolio Manager, focusing on agile portfolio management and multichannel marketing. Marcel has a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, completed between 2010 and 2013, following a dual study program that included practical experience in the pharma and IT sectors.
