Ishita Chakrabarty has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ishita recently joined Do Your Thng in November 2021 as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, from October 2020 to September 2021, they worked as a Freelance Recruiter. Before their freelance work, they spent two years at BIGO as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, leading the HR vertical for India and Greater India. Ishita focused on talent acquisition, talent development, stakeholder management, team building, and employee engagement activities. Additionally, Ishita has experience as a Deputy Manager-Human Resources at SKOPE Business Ventures Pvt. Limited from December 2013 to December 2016. Ishita also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Good Relations Consultants Pvt Ltd from March 2013 to November 2013. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Manager-Human Resources & Administration at Avani Riverside Mall from April 2012 to April 2013, where they handled various HR responsibilities including manpower planning, conducting interviews, issuing offer letters, and managing induction processes.

Ishita Chakrabarty completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Development from the Institute of Engineering and Management in Kolkata from 2007-2010. Ishita then pursued a full-time Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Madras from 2010-2012.
