Mike Plueddemann

Mike Plueddemann has a long history of experience in the field of Human Resources. Mike has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including roles as a Senior HR Business Partner/Global HR Manager at Doble Engineering, Director of Human Resources at DynPro Inc and West Brother's Transportation Services Inc., and Senior Human Resources Generalist and Manager of Employee Relations, Staffing, and EEO/AAP at BCBSNC. These roles have provided him with extensive experience and expertise in areas such as HR strategic planning, staffing, employee relations, compensation, policy development, coaching, training, and performance management.
