Holly Matthai

Holly Matthai is an experienced service and bar manager currently working at Doc B's Restaurant + Bar since April 2022. Prior to this role, Holly served as both a bartender and waitress at Doc B's Fresh Kitchen from October 2018 to March 2021. Earlier career experience includes roles as a waitress at Tap 42 from January 2017 to September 2018 and as a server at Hooters of America from January 2014 to December 2016. Holly Matthai has pursued studies in hospitality while obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Broward College, completing studies there from 2013 to 2019.
