Augusto César Morais

Augusto César Morais has a diverse work experience in the technology and IT field. Augusto César started their career in 2014 as an Instrutor de Informática at SOS Tecnologia e Educação, where they provided instruction in computer skills. Augusto César then moved on to PETCOM as a Técnico de TI e O&M, where they monitored and supported networks for the Cidades Digitais project. At Vox Tecnologia, Augusto held various roles, starting as an Analista de suporte pleno, where they were responsible for triaging support tickets and conducting tests for bug identification. Augusto César later transitioned to the role of Analista de sistemas, where they focused on requirements gathering, process modeling, and system documentation. Their most recent position is QA Analyst III at Dock, where they utilize their expertise in quality assurance.

Augusto César Morais has a comprehensive education history. Augusto César obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Engineering and Data Administration from UNIESP Centro Universitário, which they pursued from 2019 to 2021.
