Luan Brito

Luan Brito has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. In 2009, they started their career as a Programador de Sistemas at NTI - Nucleo de Tecnologia da Informação. Luan then joined Virtus Sistemas in 2010, where they held multiple roles, starting as a Programador and progressing to Analista de Sistemas - Junior and Pleno. During their time at Virtus Sistemas, Luan was responsible for defining architecture, designing and integrating internal and external components, and coordinating state-wide projects. Luan also worked as an Analista Sênior, focusing on web applications for notary systems.

In 2019, Luan joined Dock as a Tech Lead, where they were involved in technical leadership, architectural definitions, and the implementation of API solutions for Banking as a Service, such as digital accounts. Luan also provided technical guidance and executed project planning. Luan worked with technologies such as Java, SpringBoot, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS. Later, they were promoted to the role of Tech Manager, and currently, they serve as the Head of Software Engineering at Dock, starting in September 2021.

Luan Brito has a diverse educational background. Luan started their education journey in 2007 and completed their Tecnólogo em Sistemas para Internet degree at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Paraíba in 2010. During their time there, their field of study was focused on TI/Informatica.

In 2009, Luan pursued a specialization in Desenvolvimento para Dispositivos Móveis at I2P, which they completed in 2011. This program allowed him to gain expertise in mobile device development.

In 2017, Luan decided to further expand their knowledge and enrolled in the Centro Universitário de João Pessoa. Luan pursued an MBA in Arquitetura e Soluções de TI, specializing in Engenharia de Software. Luan'sstudies in this field lasted until 2019.

Additionally, Luan acquired a certification in Visa Smart Debit & Credit - Implementação Chip Contato e Contactless from Visa in August 2019. This certification demonstrates their competency in implementing chip technology for debit and credit cards.
