Vlad Budica

Vlad Budica is a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect currently at Docker, Inc. since July 2023, having previously held similar senior roles at GitLab from February 2019 to June 2023 and at Oracle from April 2016 to February 2019. At Oracle, Vlad contributed as an Application Development Solution Engineer/Scrum Master and as a Cloud Presales Consultant, leading RFX, demos, and POCs while developing technical presentations for diverse audiences. Prior experiences include positions at IBM as an Operations Engineer, where infrastructure was managed and optimized, and at Axway as a B2B Technical Support Engineer, addressing support cases and configuring virtual platforms. Early in a career at ZTE, responsibilities included Level 2 technical support and network monitoring. Vlad holds a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control and System Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, completed in 2010.
