Head of Sales at Docket Brasil

Gabriel Pereira Sergio has an extensive work history that spans over a decade. Gabriel started their career at GEP in 2008 as a Lider de Equipe. From there, they worked at Comgás as an Estagiário from 2010 to 2011. Gabriel then moved on to Suzano Papel e Celulose, where they worked as an Estagiário de Produto from 2013 to 2015. Gabriel then joined Netstor - Technology Services as a System Sales Engineer from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Gabriel joined Stone Pagamentos as a Field Sales representative, where they focused on outbound sales and the full sales cycle. Gabriel presented, negotiated, and closed Stone solutions for SMB companies until 2018.

In 2018, Gabriel joined Docket Brasil as an Enterprise Account Executive. Gabriel was responsible for negotiating and co-creating value with Docket SaaS solutions for various enterprise companies in Brazil. Gabriel also managed the pipeline and forecast, working in a team with SDRs and other AEs. Gabriel was later promoted to Sales Manager in 2020, where they oversaw Account Executives, Key Account, and Account Managers. Gabriel provided training for new hires and was responsible for the sales area forecast.

Currently, Gabriel serves as the Head of Sales at Docket Brasil, a position they have held since January 2021. Gabriel oversees the entire sales area, which includes Commercial Intelligence, BDRs, AEs, Farmers, Sales Opps, and Sales Engineers. Gabriel is also responsible for developing the annual Sales BP.

Gabriel Pereira Sergio's education history includes earning a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, spanning from 2008 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel has obtained several certifications. These include "Inspiring people for transformation" from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios in July 2022, "Customer Segmentation and Prospecting" from Northwestern University in October 2020, "How to build Digital Products" from Product School in March 2020, "Sandler Training" from Sandler Training in June 2008, "Sales Professional Accreditation" and "Technical Sales Professional" from NetApp in October 2015, and "Symantec Storage Foundation" from Symantec in September 2015.
