Cyrill Wyss possesses extensive experience in customer success and support management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Doctoralia España since May 2021. Prior to this role, Cyrill held various positions at Microsoft from March 2003 to August 2019, including Support Delivery Team Manager, where leadership of a remote team of escalation managers was key in driving customer advocacy and resolving high-impact issues. Cyrill also improved the customer experience in Switzerland as a Customer Service Manager and effectively managed urgent escalations as an Escalation Manager. Earlier roles included positions at Swissport, Swissair/Balair/Belair, SWX Swiss Exchange, and UBS, providing a diverse background in customer service and team leadership. Cyrill holds a Federal VET Diploma in Commerce and has pursued ongoing education at NbW Zurich since 2003.
