Tanya Sieffert

Tanya Sieffert CPHR is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President, People & Culture at Doctors of BC since April 2019, Tanya oversees the People & Culture team, focusing on innovative programs that enhance organizational culture and employee growth. Previous roles include People & Strategy Director and People & Strategy Manager, where Tanya excelled in team effectiveness, stakeholder relationships, and HR initiatives. Prior experience also includes positions at Great Little Box Company and Hyatt Regency Vancouver, with a solid foundation in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and health and safety. Tanya holds a degree in Human Resources Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Resort Management from the University of Calgary.
