Alex Robertson

Alex Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked at Pressed Juicery as a Customer Service and Logistics Manager, and later progressed to the position of Senior Logistics Manager. In 2016, they joined BOA Logistics as an LTL and Quality Assurance Specialist. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Hemster, first as a Regional Operations Manager and then as the Head of Operations. In 2021, they joined Uncommon Goods as an Operations Manager before transitioning to Dolly Inc. as the Manager of Fulfillment Operations. They later served as the Manager of Customer Experience before assuming their current role as the Senior Customer Operations Manager.

From 2008 to 2010, Alex Robertson attended California State University, Long Beach where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
