Nathan Chen

Nathan Chen has a diverse range of work experience, beginning with an internship at Crane Aerospace & Electronics in 2016. Nathan then interned as a Software Engineering Intern at Omni ePartners in 2016-2017. In 2017-2018, they worked at ConsenSys as a Business Operations Associate and later as an Organization Design Strategist. From 2019-2020, they served as a Venture Partner at Coven, leading one deal that the company invested in. In 2019-2022, they joined Free Agency and held multiple roles, including Business Operations Manager, Special Projects Lead, and Go-to-Market Strategy Lead. In 2022, Nathan participated in a BizOps learning program called The Commons (formerly Skillful), where they focused on SQL analysis for a food delivery startup. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Supply Ops. Manager at Dolly Inc. as of April 2023.

From 2009 to 2013, Nathan Chen attended Roosevelt High School. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Washington in 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 2017.
