Ailsa Liu

Ailsa Liu has over 17 years of experience in HR, with their most recent role being the Head of HR, APAC at Dometic since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director, Talent, Culture & Leadership Development at 美赞臣中国 from September to December 2021. From June 2019 to September 2021, Ailsa worked as the HR Director, Hong Kong & Taiwan at RECKITT BENCKISER. Ailsa also held various roles at 美赞臣中国, including Associate HR Director for Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and R&D. Ailsa's earlier experience includes positions at 礼来, where they served as an Associate HR Director and an MBA recruiter, and at Adidas Group as an HR Officer. Ailsa started their career as an HR Specialist at Honda Automobile (China) Co.Ltd in 2004.

Ailsa Liu pursued their education starting in 1997 at Beijing Jiaotong University where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration in 2001. In 2001, they attended the University of Liverpool and obtained their MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management in 2002. Ailsa then furthered their studies at the University of Bristol from 2002 to 2004 and earned an MSc in Economics, Finance, and Management.
