W. Clayton Pannell

W. Clayton Pannell has extensive experience in engineering and software design. W. Clayton currently works as a Design Lead - Software at Dometic since 2022. Previously, they worked at Balmar as a Senior Project Development Engineer from 2016, where they were responsible for developing DC charging system products and designing the next generation of alternators. Before that, they worked at CDI Electronics as a Project Development Engineer from 2013, focusing on designing and building production test equipment and implementing Design for Test practices during new product development.

W. Clayton Pannell holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Mechanical Engineering at the same university, from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Pannell has an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification from CDI Electronics.
