Gerard (Gerry) Sheridan

Gerard (Gerry) Sheridan has a wealth of experience in the finance and operations industries. Gerard (Gerry) began their career in 1991 as a Financial Analyst at Roche, then went on to become the Director of Finance and Administration at Medtronic in 1994. In 1997, they were promoted to European Manufacturing and Distribution Controller at Medtronic. In 1998, Sheridan moved to EY as a Senior Manager in Audit and Transaction Services. In 2007, they joined PwC as a Director in Transaction Advisory, where they led and mentored finance teams on due diligence engagements. In 2009, Sheridan was initially retained as a consultant at Seno Medical Instruments to design the company's business plan for growth in preparation for Series B financing, and was later promoted to CFO in 2012. In 2010, they became CFO at GDC Technics, Ltd., where they improved profitability by 15% and completed a stalled $16M hangar expansion. In 2016, Sheridan was recruited to Molecular Health GmbH as CFO - Global Operations & COO - US Operations, where they worked closely with the CEO to communicate and execute a clear vision for the company. In 2018, Sheridan took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Dominion Aesthetic Technologies, Inc.

Gerard (Gerry) Sheridan obtained a B.Comm., DPA in Accounting and Finance from University College Dublin, Ireland between 1984 and 1988. Gerard (Gerry) also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, a Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and an Expert-Comptable (French CPA equivalent) certification from the Conseil supérieur de l'ordre des experts-comptables (France).
