Kayla, Service Desk Coordinator, is a former x-ray technician and phlebotomist of over 9 years. However, she recently received her bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies, with a focus on Business Administration, from Champlain College. Her over 10 years of experience in building customer relationships and navigating the complexities of the healthcare industry, have provided her with the skills needed to provide all DominionTech clients with a positive and seamless experience when they call the service desk.
