Linnea Summers

Linnea Summers is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Generalist with extensive experience in employee life cycle management, performance management, and compensation analysis. Currently at Domino Printing since June 2022, Linnea oversees HRIS processes for North America, manages training programs, and participates in compensation surveys. Previously at Brownells, Inc., Linnea handled workers’ compensation, labor relations, benefits administration, and project management. Linnea also held internship roles at MXM, Sodexo, The Popcorn Factory, and Meyer Machine & Equipment, providing a strong foundation in talent acquisition and office administration. Linnea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Drake University.
