David Terrazas

David Terrazas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David began their career as an Implementation Consultant at Fast Enterprises in 2008. David then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University, assisting information systems students in understanding various subjects. In 2009, they joined eKiwi, LLC as a Software Developer, where they used Java and SQL to scrape data from websites and search engines for clients.

In 2010, David joined Huron Consulting Group and held multiple roles, including Senior Product Specialist, Team Lead, and Product Manager. David worked with a portfolio of clients, implementing and maintaining proprietary software. As a Team Lead, they mentored and provided feedback to team members while managing multiple client projects. David utilized SCRUM methodology to prioritize client requests.

In 2016, David joined MaritzCX as a Senior Implementation Manager, where they designed and coordinated the implementation of a customer experience management cloud-based platform suite. David managed client communication, gathered requirements, and oversaw project sign-offs. David also managed backlog and product roadmap for new features.

David's most recent role is at Domo, where they started working as a Senior Technical Consultant in 2018. David was responsible for designing and coordinating the implementation of the Domo cloud-based platform suite for enterprise clients. Subsequently, they held roles as a Principal Consultant, Manager of Consulting and Partner Enablement, and Senior Manager of Consulting and Partner Delivery. Currently, they hold the position of Solutions Services Director at Domo.

David Terrazas received their education from Brigham Young University. From 2002 to 2009, they pursued a Masters of Information Systems Management degree with a focus on Information Systems. Additionally, during the same period, they completed another Masters degree in Management Information Systems, General. Furthermore, David has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2019, they obtained both the Domo Data Specialist Level 1 certification and a MajorDomo certification from Domo, Inc.
