Emir Ozdemir

Emir Ozdemir has extensive experience in various roles within the field of client services and digital analytics. Emir is currently serving as a Senior Director in Client Services at Domo, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, Emir worked as a Director of Services Solutions at Domo from April 2021 until June 2023. Before joining Domo, they worked at Rogers Communications, where they served as a Director of Digital Analytics & Optimization from January 2017 to February 2019. Emir also held the position of Senior Manager of Digital Analytics at Rogers Communications from July 2015 to January 2017. Prior to their time at Rogers Communications, Emir worked at BMO Financial Group as a Senior Manager of Digital Optimization from September 2014 to July 2015. Emir also held the position of Senior Digital Analyst at BMO Financial Group from September 2013 to March 2015, where they were responsible for managing all digital reporting and insights delivery for Canadian Personal & Commercial lines of business. Emir's career began at Stage-Gate International, where they served as a Corporate Marketing Manager from March 2011 to September 2013.

Emir Ozdemir pursued higher education at McMaster University. From 2003 to 2007, they obtained an Honours B. Sc. degree in Biochemistry & Biomedical Sciences. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued an MBA at McMaster University as well. Besides their formal education, Emir also obtained additional certifications. In October 2019, they achieved the Domo Professional - Level 1 certification from Domo, Inc. Additionally, in January 2020, they obtained the Domo Professional - Level 2 certification. Furthermore, in October 2019, they obtained the Data Specialist - Level 1 certification, all from Domo, Inc.
